Hi all - This is my first post here. We are taking a trip to Red Rocks in Colorado and will also be visiting Garden of the Gods. Does anyone know if there are any letterboxes in either of these places? Thanks for any help - there are a lot of LB's in Colorado Springs, but I don't know which ones will be closest to these parks.

Hello and Welcome!
Lighthouse Keeper here, my partner One Love Journeying and I made a trip out
to Colorado in January... and of course did our share of boxing. As far as I
know there are 3 stamps in Garden of the Gods, "Quilted Tree" "Siamese
Twins" and "Garden of the Gods Park".... it's a great place to place a box!

Also, seeing that you will be in Red Rocks, might I suggest checking out One
Love Journeying's box, "Box Heads Visit the Rockies," this is a series of
hers that she places all across the country, it's pretty cute! Also, the box
is a drive by so quite easy to pick up. Have a great trip!

Christmastime 2005 I went to Colorado and found Rainbow Trail, Red Canyon Park by Mudstumpers, Cabin on Shelf by Mudstumpers, which I believe was in the vicinity of Red Canyon Park - I also left A Gift From Oregon near Coaldale/Cotopaxi area, which I know to be still in place as reported by someone recently. The Red Rock area is stupendous, have a great time. Can't say the ones I found would still be there, but they were in the area as far as I remember.

My post this morning referred to the Red Canyon Park area outside Canon City, Colorado - I'm pretty sure this is different from Red Rocks you're referring to, because the clues talk about it being similar to Garden of the Gods but much more off the beaten path.
